Disneyland Park, originally named Euro Disneyland Park, is a theme park located within Disneyland Paris in Marne-la-Vallée, France. It opened its doors on April 12, 1992, becoming the first of two parks at the resort. The park was conceived and constructed by Walt Disney Imagineering, and its design closely resembles that of Disneyland Park in California and Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World in Florida. Covering an area of 56.656 hectares (140 acres), it is the second-largest Disney park inspired by the original, following Shanghai Disneyland Park. The park is themed around fairy tales and Disney characters, with Le Château de la Belle au Bois Dormant (Sleeping Beauty Castle) as its iconic centerpiece, drawing inspiration from the castle depicted in Disney's 1959 animated film "Sleeping Beauty." To distinguish it from other Disney parks, various modifications were made to its concepts and designs.

Significant changes include the renaming of Tomorrowland to Discoveryland, which adopts a retrofuturistic theme. Other unique elements comprise the reimagined Haunted Mansion, now called Phantom Manor, and a more intense, retro-style version of Space Mountain, known as Hyperspace Mountain. The park's European context required specific design adaptations. Designers reinterpreted Sleeping Beauty Castle, considering the existence of numerous authentic castles throughout Europe. To accommodate the Parisian climate, covered walkways, referred to as "arcades," were added, and Michael Eisner, the then-CEO of The Walt Disney Company, insisted on the installation of 35 fireplaces in the park's hotels and restaurants. In 2016, Disneyland Park welcomed approximately 8.4 million visitors, making it the most-visited theme park in Europe and the 13th most-visited theme park globally.

A stock certificate is issued by businesses, usually companies. A stock is part of the permanent finance of a business. Normally, they are never repaid, and the investor can recover his/her money only by selling to another investor. Most stocks, or also called shares, earn dividends, at the business's discretion, depending on how well it has traded. A stockholder or shareholder is a part-owner of the business that issued the stock certificates.
