The Farmers Bank Building, associated with this company, was a 27-story skyscraper reaching a height of 105 meters (344 feet) located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was completed in 1902 and was ultimately demolished on May 25, 1997. However, the University of Pittsburgh's online digital library indicates that the building was actually constructed in 1903 and consisted of 24 stories. In the mid-1960s, the structure underwent an unsuccessful rehabilitation that aimed to restore its appearance. Notably, it gained recognition among Pittsburgh sports enthusiasts due to a 15-story mural created in 1992 by Judy Penzer, which featured local sports icons such as Roberto Clemente, Bill Mazeroski, Jack Lambert, Mean Joe Greene, and Mario Lemieux. This mural became a prominent element during national sports broadcasts, although it was short-lived, lasting only five years, as Penzer tragically lost her life in the TWA Flight 800 disaster in 1996.

In the mid-1960s, Rockwell International acquired the building and utilized it as its global headquarters until early 1972, when the company sold the property and moved its headquarters staff to the nearby U.S. Steel Tower. The building was demolished by Controlled Demolition, Inc. on the afternoon of May 25, 1997. Following this, a low-rise department store named Lazarus was constructed on the site. The Lazarus building has since undergone significant redesign and now functions as a condominium development known as Piatt Place.

A stock certificate is issued by businesses, usually companies. A stock is part of the permanent finance of a business. Normally, they are never repaid, and the investor can recover his/her money only by selling to another investor. Most stocks, or also called shares, earn dividends, at the business's discretion, depending on how well it has traded. A stockholder or shareholder is a part-owner of the business that issued the stock certificates.
