Bernard Baruch (1870-1965), American Businessman and Statesman. In brokerage business, New York City. Appointed by President Wilson as a member of Advisory Commission of Council for National Defense (1916) and many other government posts. Later in the 30’s and 40’s was appointed to various committees by President Roosevelt. Wrote several books and was a respected advisor to several presidents. Stock transferred to Bernard Baruch, issued to his wife Annie Griffen Baruch and signed by her at back (not signed by Bernard Baruch). Stock of the Burlington, Cedar Rapids and Northern Railway dated 1900. Neatly hole cancelled. Excellent Condition. Rare!
