Inv# GS6772 StockStock printed by Corporation Supply Co., Inc. Chicago. 2 clipped corners. Cap Bertrand Collins was the inventor of the Collins Rotary Safety Razor, a unique shaving device featuring a round razor blade that was slowly rotated by a spring-loaded mechanism housed in a relatively large handle. His first patent for the razor was granted on February 9, 1915, with subsequent patents issued for design improvements. The razors were initially manufactured at Collins' factories on West Lake Street in Chicago, Illinois. Some sources suggest that the company later operated under the name Collins Safety Razors in Franklin, Pennsylvania. In addition to the rotary version, Collins also produced a fixed-blade variant, essentially a round safety razor.
A stock certificate is issued by businesses, usually companies. A stock is part of the permanent finance of a business. Normally, they are never repaid, and the investor can recover his/her money only by selling to another investor. Most stocks, or also called shares, earn dividends, at the business's discretion, depending on how well it has traded. A stockholder or shareholder is a part-owner of the business that issued the stock certificates.
