Orange Noble, John S. Brown, Philander G. Finn, W. Cleveland, Selden Marion, Henry Jarecki, J.F. Downing, H.C. Rogers, Joseph D. Clark and their associates or persons who shall become stockholders, be, and the same are hereby, made and constituted a body-politic and corporate, by the name and style of "The Kentucky Oil Company;" and by the said name they and their successors shall and may have perpetual succession.
