Stock. The evidence shows that many of these certificates of indebtedness are in the possession of the Metropolitan Commercial Corporation, a corporation organized for the purpose of making profits. The evidence further disclosed that the plaintiff shared a suite of offices with the Metropolitan Commercial Corporation, and with another profit-making corporation, the Real Estate Investment Company, at No. 545 Fifth Avenue, New York City; and that the officers and directors of the three corporations were substantially the same.
