The Penn Yan Mining Company was headquartered in Helena, Montana, with its mines at Wickes. The mines at Wickes, MT produced $50,000,000 in gold and silver before operations ceased in the early 1890’s. Records show the business ran from 1888 to 1892. Vignette that contains the reverse and obverse of US Coins, all dated 1876.
