Dellinger (April 1, 1893 – February 18, 1954) was a notable American football player. Born in Bath Township, Greene County, Ohio, in 1893, Dellinger attended Osborn High School and the University of Dayton Prep, where he was recognized as the finest football talent to emerge from Osborn High School. Dellinger played professionally as a guard and tackle for the Dayton Cadets/Gym-Cadets from 1913 to 1915. He continued with the team in 1916 when it was rebranded as the Dayton Triangles. In 1920, he remained with the Triangles as they became one of the founding teams of the newly established American Professional Football Association, which was later renamed the National Football League (NFL) in 1922. Over the course of eight seasons with the team from 1915 to 1923, Dellinger participated in 23 NFL games, starting in 14 of them between 1920 and 1923. Following the conclusion of his football career, he spent 29 years as a salesman for the Southwestern Portland Cement Company and served in the Army during World War II. Dellinger passed away in 1954 at the age of 60 at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton.
A stock certificate is issued by businesses, usually companies. A stock is part of the permanent finance of a business. Normally, they are never repaid, and the investor can recover his/her money only by selling to another investor. Most stocks, or also called shares, earn dividends, at the business's discretion, depending on how well it has traded. A stockholder or shareholder is a part-owner of the business that issued the stock certificates.
