Specimen Beneficial Unit Certificate printed by American Bank Note Company. Sidney Cohen was a principal in Green Hill Associates, a limited partnership involved in developing the Green Hill Apartment Building Project in Susquehanna Township, Pennsylvania. This project was financed by an $8.9 million mortgage loan from Summit Tax Exempt Bond Fund, L.P., which was led by Stuart J. Boesky. Notably, Stuart J. Boesky is the first cousin of Ivan Boesky, a former American stock trader known for his central role in a major insider trading scandal in the mid-1980s.

Ivan Boesky became notorious after being charged and pleading guilty to insider trading, which led to a record $100 million fine and a three-year prison sentence. Following his conviction, Ivan Boesky cooperated with authorities and served as an informant, significantly impacting the financial regulatory landscape.
